Follow the recipes and activities below. Collect anti-oxidant points to track your progress and feel the difference.

1. Morning

Start your day with a VMG Powered Breakfast:

2. Afternoon

Eat a healthy afternoon light lunch:

Diet Tips

  • You do not have to finish all the food items that are listed. Do not starve yourself but only eat when you are slightly hungry.
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
  • Choose dark leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli and romaine lettuce.
  • Choose pigmented fruits like berries, kiwi, mangoes.

After this programme, you can take VMG on a daily basis, either as a breakfast or as a snack. Follow through with the 5 steps Essential Beauty Routine. You can always revisit this 2 day programme whenever you feel like it.

Note:

Frequent usage of VMG may increase bowel movements for certain individuals. This is the detox process before optimum nutrients absorption can be achieved. This change should stabilise in a week.
