Vitamagra (VMG) is a complete nutritional plan containing all the essential minerals and vitamins you require daily. It can be taken as a main meal by itself, as a nutritious supplement with food, or weight management plan (caloric budgeting), exercise supplement. It is easy to prepare and can be taken on the go!

VMG COFFEE DRINK

A simple coffee drink with all the nutrients you required.

1 Tablespoon of VMG
200ml of water
½ pack 3-in-1 Coffee
3-4 Ice Cubes

 

  1. Add water into VMG tumbler.
  2. Add VMG and Coffee Mix.
    (Add a teaspoon of dried coffee for more intense coffee flavour)
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Shake and enjoy!
    (Alternatively, you can use 400ml of Water, 2 Tablespoons of VMG and 1 packet of Coffee mix to make a full bottle of shake instead)

VMG MATCHA LATTE DRINK

All time favourite Matcha Latte with nutrition element.

1 Tablespoon of VMG
200ml of water
½ pack Matcha Latte
3-4 Ice cubes

 

  1. Add water into VMG tumbler
  2. Add VMG and Matcha Latte.
    (Add a whole pack for more intense flavour)
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Shake it up and enjoy!
    (Alternatively, you can use 400ml of water, 2 Tablespoons of VMG and 1 pack of Matcha Latte to make a full bottle of shake instead)

CREAMY VANILLA MILKSHAKE

Add milk for a creamy finish.

1 Tablespoon of VMG
100ml Plain Milk
100ml Water
3 – 4 Ice Cubes
2 Drops of vanilla essence for flavor (optional)

 

  1. Add milk and water into VMG tumbler.

  2. Add in the VMG powder and vanilla essence.

  3. Add ice cubes.

  4. Shake it up and enjoy!
    (Alternatively, you can use a blender to blend it up.
    Use 400ml of Milk and 2 tablespoons of VMG to make a full bottle of shake instead)

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

Double the chocolate, double the fun!

1 Tablespoon of VMG
100ml Low Fat Chocolate Mlik
100ml Water
3 – 4 Ice Cubes
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder

 

  1. Add chocolate milk and water into VMG tumbler.
  2. Add in VMG and cocoa powder.
  3. Add ice cubes.
     
  4. Shake it up and enjoy!
    (Alternatively, you can use a blender to blend it up.
    Use 400ml of Milk and 2 tablespoons of VMG to make a full bottle of shake instead)

THE SECRET DIET MILKSHAKE

Who said you can’t enjoy your favorite treat on a diet?

1 Tablespoon of VMG
1 Scoop of low fat ice cream (or just your favorite ice cream!)
½ Cup of milk

 

  1. Put the ice cream, milk, and VMG into the blender.

  2. Blend till smooth.

  3. Enjoy

THE BANANA KING POWER SMOOTHIE

Banana for the potassium punch and added fiber!

1 Tablespoon of VMG
100ml Low-Fat Milk
100ml Water
3 – 4 Ice Cubes

 

  1. Add milk and water into VMG tumbler.
  2. Add in mashed banana and VMG.
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Shake it up and enjoy!
    (Alternatively, you can use a blender to blend it up.
    Use 400ml of Milk and 2 tablespoons of VMG to make a full bottle of shake instead)

THE MIXED BERRIES POWER SMOOTHIE

Pack your meal with anti-oxidant and vitamin C to relieve the signs of anti-aging and boost your immunity!

1 Tablespoon of VMG
100ml Low-Fat Milk or Yoghurt
100g of Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
3 – 5 Ice Cubes
1 – 2 Tablespoon Low Fat Condense Milk for taste (optional)

 

  1. Add everything into blender.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

THE WONDERFUL WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

What can be more representative of Summer than the watermelon? Enjoy this refreshing smoothie on a hot day!

1 Tablespoon of VMG
100ml Low-Fat Milk
100g of Watermelon
3 – 5 Ice Cubes
1 – 2 Tablespoon Low-Fat Condense Milk for taste (optional)

 

  1. Add everything into blender.
  2. Blend till smooth
  3. Enjoy!

VITAMAGRA GLUTTEN FREE PANCAKES

Gluten intolerant? Or simply want to cut down on your carbohydrates intake? Try this pancake recipe for a delicious breakfast.

1 small Banana (Replace with 1 Tablespoon of apple sauce if you don’t like Banana)
1 egg
1 ½ Tablespoon Vitamagra
½ Tablespoon Milk

Dash of cinnamon, up to your taste

 

  1. Mash up the Banana

  2. Add in all the other ingredients and mix it up till it’s well mixed

  3. Pour the mixture onto a pan heated at medium heat

  4. When little bubbles form, flip the pancake over.

  5. Serve it with maple syrup or almond butter or your favorite sauce.

  6. Enjoy!

VITAMAGRA TOPPING

Have a craving for Pizza? We do not recommend you curbing your cravings as long as you don’t give in to them all the time. Curbing cravings can have negative impact on you trying to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Simply use Vitamagra as a topping. You are too full to have a small bowl of salad after having two slices of Pizza. However, if you use Vitamagra as a topping, you still get essential minerals and vitamins.
